My Suresignal has worked well for six months and yesterday stopped working at all. Lights one and two are flashing at just over a one second interval. The power light is on constantly. Any help please? This is seriously frustrating!

I have the same issue. Had Sure Signal for a month and all worked fine. For last 48hrs it has constantly attempted to configure without success. Router has been restarted as has Sure Signal. Internet connectioin is fine and Sure Signal appears as a connected device in the router. No changes have been made to the configuration of either the Router or Sure Signal.
Serial Number is: 40120919887
Sue Signal appears as Registered in my dashboard and there are no notifications.
The Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread doesn't list this issue and similar threads on the forum don't provide any resolutions.

Same issue here, have had minor hiccups like this before but it has been 2 days now...
currently waiting for my reset to complete, but the flashing lights at 1 second instead of at 0.5 or so give me little hope.
the VSS has an ip assigned via my netgear n150/dgn1000 and shows up as attached.

We have been made aware of an issue that has now been resolved.
Please could you factory reset your Sure Signal and let me know if you need any further help?
VSS Factory Reset
- Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
- Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
- Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
- The VSS should come online within the hour
