Hi! I recently switched to Vodafone as you have the VSS and I have a poor signal in my village. First vss worked fine for 2 days, then just red light. Phoned customer services and they tested and said may have overheated as was very hot. Deregistered it, took back to shop, they replaced, but new one said already registered. Took this back, but seems to be my account as two others tried there still said already registered. Now used old serial number on new vss. Lights all fine, but phone not connecting. Take it that's because wrong serial number registered?

Just to add that I've gone through troubleshooting threads. Old serial number was 40132604360 and new one is 40132325198.
