Sure Signal V2 has worked fine with my wife's i-phone 4. My new i-phone 4, identical, will not connect to it. 3G is enabled, and have tried resetting the SS to no effect. Can you assist please?

Hi JCHILDS,

Thanks for the information; your IP address is on our whitelist and everything is fine with your traceroute.

Your Sure Signal connected to our servers yesterday at 19:48, are you still unable to get a signal? I’ve also resynced your Sure Signal again to make sure it’s as up to date as possible. To make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour

Let me know how you go on.

Thanks

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

It seems to be working fine now. 4 bar signal strength and 3G signal.

Thanks, John
