New iphone 5S won't connect to Sure signal

Hi
One of the user I have registered on my suresignal has a new handset (iPhone 5s) which is not being picked up by the sure signal. It's been over a week and a half now with no signal even after numerous resets. I've read on here that a resynch can be carried out at vodafones end to sort this out?

The serial number is 40133493912

Yes ive worked through the troubleshooting. The suresignal works fine for other devices except for the new handset.

I’ve re-synced this for you today.

 

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please remove the number from the Sure Signal and add it back on after 24 hours.
