Vodafone Sure Signal

Hello,

I recieved my iphone 4 today. I succesfully activated microsim and phone working fine. I have no reception at home and have sure signal to combat this. My old Blackberry had no problems connecting (same number) and after re-adding my device to the sure signal the Iphone will still not connect, it is doing my head in. Having left the house earlier i had signal during the day (no 3g) so there isnt anything wrong with the sim card- just the connecting to sure signal + 3g. What do i do?

You would have changed your Blackberry sim to a micro sim when you got the iPhone. I believe it takes time for the sim change to register with the sure signal. Give it 24 hours and if it is no better escalate the matter with VF.

Thanks for your post. You've already tried part of the troubleshooting by de-registering and re-registering the phone number on the Sure Signal. If it's still not fixed then a workaround is to de-register the Sure Signal itself, leave 24 hours and re-register.

If this still doesn't combat the issue then let us know.
