New phone new sim no signal

Hi there, I have just updated from 4s to 5s, and received a new sim.

Please could you force a sync as I've tried resetting, de-registering and registering, but after a few days the situation is still the same.

The VSS will usually pick up the change after a day or so but if it's still not then post your serial number and someone can arrange a resync for you.

Thanks for your post.

 

I've performed the resync for you. You'll need to factory reset the device now.

 

  • Hold down the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
  • When all the lights come back on or flash, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal should come online within the hour.

Thank you for that, I have now got that to work.

But I have another problem. The 'owner' of the sure signal is incorrect. I don't know the person it is. I am unable to access the original owner account so unable to transfer the owner.
