New phone - not working with Sure Signal anymore

Purchased a new Sure Signal about 6 months ago, everything working fine with my iPhone 6 and my wifes 6s.

 

I purchased a new 6s about 3 weeks ago and was getting no signal at home, even though my number was showing on my sure signal link (registered to me as owner).  I looked at the forums and the instruction was to delete me as the admin number, which I did and swapped it to my wife, deleting my number completely, then added as a new user and re-allowed admin rights, still no difference, doesn't work at all.

 

What am I doing wrong?

After 30 mins on Live Chat, Amir from tech support got it working.  Even though I'd deleted my number and re-linked it, it hadn't registered my new SIM card to the Sure Signal box.

 

As of this morning, I have 100% signal at home.
