New sim, lost connection to suresignal

Hi

i believe a change of sim needs a resync to sure signal box. if this is correct, could someone please help? my sure signal box serial no is 40110901036

I took delivery of two new iPhone 6 yesterday from Vodafone. I was tempted by an offer from O2 but decided to remain with Vodafone. Can't get phone signal in house without suresignal. I will be returning these if I can't get this resolved in next two days.

Hi @masco

 

This unit has been syncronised. You'll need to reset it and allow it to reconnect witin an hour or so.

 

If you're in a hurry in future, Live help would be a more immediate way to get a resync.
