New sure signal not working

Just bought a new sure signal today. Have registered it on my Vodafone and have plugged in and connected to router for the past 2 .5 hours now all I have is the red power light and a slow flashing white globe light?

i have BT infinity so the Internet speed is not slow. 

 

Please help.

Thanks for the links. But from what I can see they are not actually helping me with my issue. 

 

Does sure urge signal work with a BT infinity home hub?

 

all I'm getting is a flashing white internet light. The light to the right of the red power light

all is well. I turned off, and reset the sure signal. Nearly an hour later BOOM full signal. 

 

Just a a shame I had to pay £69 to be able to use my phone at home. 

But that's a whole different thread.
