New user added to Sure Signal but not recognised

Hi

 

My old phone broke about 4 months ago, this was working with the Sure Signal.

 

Now we have finally got a new phone, same SIM, the phone isnt being regonised by the Sure Signal.

 

I went into the Settings and the user/number had gone from the user list. I re-added it, the phone received the confirmation SMS message, still no signal from the Sure Store (Over 24 hours later)

I reset the Sure Store, lights flashed for 20 mins and now its re-gained connection to Vodafone, still the new phone is not being recognised by the Sure Store.

 

Any ideas?

I’m sorry to see the problems you’re having.

 

So that we can look into this further, please get back to us with the following:

 

-When you go online and re-add the number, do you get any error messages?

-Is the number showing as a registered user now?

-Is your Sure Signal working ok for all other users?

-What’s your serial number?
