New user added to Sure Signal but not recognised

Hi

I have registered SureSignal v.2 yesterday and am happily connected (test calls made successfully).

I added a second user (my wife) successfully and she got SMS confirmation. However, the SS box does not seem to recognise her.

Whatever you've done plus the reset did the trick! 

Both users are up and running.

My box s/n is  40112878455. My additional user ends with xxx-624

Hi glinetsky, 

 

There is a location change showing as failed which could be causing an issue, I've updated this for you today. 

 

Please do a reset and let me know how you get on;

 

-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid

-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in

-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead

-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button
