New user not being recognised on Sure Signal

I have a Sure Signal serial no 40124236809 which works fine for me as registered manager and for my wifes work phone. However my wife has just moved her personal phone across to vodafone and although I am able to register her number she is is not being recognised by the SS.

I may have caused problems by registering her on the day her contract started and probably at that point the ported number was not recognised on all the systems. I have since tried de-registering her and re registering her but that has made no difference.

Looking at other forum entries it looks like a resync is required. If you agree could you please do a resync or advise on what action to take.
