New user still not working after 2 days

Hi I've added a new user to sure signal. Two days ago. phone shows full service and yet when we try to make a call it says no network. Tried switching everything on and off several times.

Hi LesleyDantinnes,

Sounds like the Sure Signal box hasn't updated from the Vodafone servers. It can happen sometimes and needs a manual prompt to update.
If you post the serial number of you're Sure Signal one of the eForum team will be able to arrange this for you.
It can take them a day or so to reply so sit tight, they will get to you though.
