Hi
I have upgraded my ss to a new v3
The reason being calls dropped after 2 mins on my old ss
The v3 works ok except the other day could make calls but could not receive calls
It has now come good
My original ss needed a speed of 1 m
But I notice the new one needs 4 m
Is this just because it can handle more handsets
I only use 2 handsets at a time

My speed is 3 m down and .5 up
Ping 50ms

Was my problem of not being able to receive calls related to my speed

Thanks Pete

Hi,
I just need please for you to answer my questions on why a v3 needs a faster connection then earlier models
Regard,Peter

Hi Goldieoldie77,

It will still work on the same speeds as the original version but if you want to make full use of the 8 concurrent calls, you will need the higher bandwidth to do this.

Basically the Sure signal requirements is broken down to a minimum to establish a connection to the server and then “X” amount of speed / bandwidth for each call that’s being made.
