Nexus 5 and Suresignal incompatibility?

Hi. I've recently received a suresignal V3 but have had nothing but trouble trying to get it to connect with my Nexus 5. It connects fine to an old Nokia on a different SIM, and also to my usual SIM when I put it in the same Nokia. I can only assume there's something wrong specifically with the set-up of my Nexus 5.
I deregistered and registered the sure signal and spoke to Vodafone on chat almost daily but the problem still exists.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi there

Have you also tried removing the number from the Sure Signal, leaving it 24 hours and then re-adding it?  Doing this could help to get the device to work.

Hi @danielgorman

I can appreciate how annoying it can be when something does not work when it should.

One tip is to turn off 4G in the phones settings to force it to search only for 3G which is what the Sure Signal pushes out.

Another is to unplug the Sure Signal and wait a few hours.
