No Sure Signal for over a week - power light is the only light on

My Sure Signal has not worked for over a week now. The BT hub is fine and I still have internet but am unable to get any coverage on my vodafone mobile. As this line is for my business it is vital it works! I have tried resetting etc and nothing has worked. The Sure Signal number is 40130431774.

Please help!!!

Hi AllisonD,

 

Thanks for posting. I've had a quick check on our servers and I can see your unit hasn't hit our servers since the early hours of 12th June. To complete the manual synchronisation I've set up, can you:


Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
Once the lights come back on, release the button.
The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.
