No connection using Demon Internet

I have bee ntrying for some time to get a VSS connection whislt using ISP demon internet.
Our system
router netgear fvs336g with draytek modems type 120
this is a load balancing system with two connections
1 talk talk business on Wan!
2. Demon internet on Wan 2
we have another site with the same router but only one interent connectiion which is demon internet
if we route the sure signal through the talk talk connection we have no problem.
if we use the other connection we cannot get a connection
or, at the second site if we use the router that only has one connection which is demon internet.
on our VSS type two we get a solid red bar only
the VSS's have been reset many times addiitionally the sure signals have been registered / deregistered many times to clear old data
both isps use exactly the same set up parameters
PPPoA at 0 /38 VC connection and mtu of 1492 .
We are certain all the port forwards are correct as it will connect through the talk talk line
at the second site i have done a trace route see below:-

we are at a loss to understand why we have a problem
telephone calls to voda support just gets us to reset.the device and wait, this has been done many times also
Additionally we have swapped the VSS from on site to another to check if the VSS 's are working
one that works at one site doesn't at the other and vice versa .
we have contacted our demon isp technical and the confirm that they do not block or throttle any ports
the static addresses for demon are

the talk talk address is on the same router as Demon b/
are these addresses white listed at vodafone ?
our sure signals Two at each site are listed under our account with a lead number of (removed for customer security)
all four of our registered VSS devices have the serial number in the name of the device .
Some help would be appreactiated.

This is way over my head. But I would say I have not seen many threads here regarding Demon Internet although I can see why it is.
I would suggest editing out your number if it isn't too late and I would guess there are a few other details there that a prob best not posted publicly.

I can see that your tracert looks fine and connecting to our servers, is it possible for you to post the Sure Signal device serial numbers.

Hi I have solved the connection problem by
1/ changing the post code to a nearby one.
2/ changing the Protocol Support
downgrading it to :-
ITU-T G.992.1 G.dmt
instead of G992.5
