No incoming calls or texts

Hi

My company has recently changed my phone to a nokia lumina 635 - same number.  I previosuly had no problems making and receiving calls through my Sure Signal (serial no. 40133472387). I can no longer recieve calls or texts.

Any ideas to resolve?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I have checked this and it all seems like this is ok.

 

Can you let me know what the light sequence is?

 

Have you had a new SIM card? If you’ve had a new SIM card, please can you do and hard re-set with the phone within the range of the Vodafone Sure Signal.

 

I can see that the Sure Signal has connected to the network on 20 October.

 

Can you please confirm if you’re still having issues?

Hi Laura,

 

When I checked my systems on Saturday morning, I had no internet connection on any PC or laptop, so I re-booted my router and found that my mobile phone and sure signal seem to be working as expected.  Not sure what was done if anything at all after supplying all information regarding speeds, ping, etc. but all seems to be working okay now.
