No lights at all

Hi,

I haven't used my sure signal in a while however I have tried to get it working today but when I plug it in, no lights work at all. I've tried multple plug sockets but nothing happens.

Is this a common problem? It definately worked previously, however I swapped to a different network for the past year so haven't needed to use it. Now I am back on Vodafone so I need the sure signal.

None of the lights light up at all. I tried holding the reset button for 10 seconds to see if that would do anything, but it hasn't.

Hi craigsup,

When you say that you have no lights on at all, does this include the power light?

If yes, it would suggest that the Sure Signal is faulty.

Also, if you’ve not used it for over 12 months, it’s likely that it has been suspended.

If you let me know your serial number, I can get this checked.
