My Sure Signal seems to have completely stopped working, I have tested the plug socket so that isn’t the issue.

Download speed: 15.44 Mbps, Upload: 9.20 Mbps
External IP address: 82.68.87.150
Sure Signal serial number: 40134967617

Hi there

You've not stated what version you've got.  If it is a version 1 or 2, try a different power supply.  If it is a version 3, it sounds like the whole unit is faulty.  How long ago did you get it? It may still be under warranty.

I think it's a version 3, it doesn't have a separate power supply.

It's approximately 2 years old so I guess the warranty will have expired?

The device has a 24 month warranty, so you'd need to check your receipt as there is a possibility it may be under warranty still.

If it isn't, purchasing a new device will be cheaper than getting it repaired.
