No phone signal

Since yesterday afternoon our phones have no signal, sure signal box has the correct lights lit. Reset it at my end like troubleshooting page says. Made no difference!! This morning spoke to somebody at vodafone who reset it at his end and said that it would be back on within 6hrs. He did speed test which was ok. The phones still have no signal. What do you suggest I try now?? Yesterday I moved the computer upstairs and left router downstairs, now using an Ethernet adapter.Internet working ok!!!!

Did the trouble shooting yesterday. Rang vodafone yet again this evening, she reset it again at her end (3rd time this has been done in 4 days) then tonight about 8.30 I noticed it's now back up and running. THANK YOU

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
