Our Suresignal box has suddenly stopped working. It was working yesterday and today there is no power light. We have tried the Suresignal in other power sockets but still no power.
How do we fix this?

Jenny, thanks for your response - I was promised a call back today as well but I have heard nothing and cannot get through to Vodafone to speak to anyone. I have tried re-setting the box, no joy, and the power light has not been on since Monday.
Results are, Pimg 34ms, d'load 1.68 upload 0.34.
Serial number is 40133830105
Look forward to hearing how this can be fixed or replaced, can you please confirm this is still within warranty?

I experienced the exact same thing with mine.

André

Thanks Andre, have you been able to get it working?
I'm still waiting for a tech from Vodafone to call me (I was promised a call back today and when I call Vodafone, due to "an emergency" my call can't be taken and then I'm cut off!!!!!!)

No, I just assumed the thing had died. It was out of warranty so I ended up buying a new one.  The price has gone up to 4 times what I originally paid.

Andre

I think our has died too, so maybe another one is the only choice,
Appreciate the feedback, thanks Andre

Hi everyone,

@MarkDiment – Please try a different Ethernet cable and test it at a different location.

If it’s still the same, it sounds like the Sure Signal is faulty.

The warranty for a Sure Signal is 12 months, so yours is now out of warranty.

You can see how to purchase one from our website.

Thanks,

Gemma
