No signal after change to nano sim

Hi changed a couple of phones to nano sims and lost signal from suresignal. I've removed and readded one phone and that fixed it but the other phone is registered as the owner and I only have one account so I can't reassign.

 

Could you resync my suresignal? SN is 42152711489

Hi @michaelaston

 

You are going to need to use Live Chat or call Vodafone for account access. They will need to temporarily transfer ownership of the Sure Signal to an alternative number.
