No signal from Sure Signal

Hi, following a power cut I have had no signal from my Sure Signal. The power light is on and light two is flashing. I have worked trough the troubleshooting thread 'Sure Signal - Light 1 On, Light 2 Flashing' but to no avail. The Sure Signal had worked fine for around two years prior to that, and I had made no changes to router settings. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Steve

Re: No signal from Sure Signal

Hi there trebligs,

Thanks for your post.

I've checked and your VSS connected to our servers this morning at 03:13. There was a flag for a resync which was probably to do with the power cut you suffered so I've forced that for you.

If you are still encountering problems then please reboot your router and reset the VSS as per the instructions below and we should see you back online.

  • Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights come back on or flash, release the reset button
  • The VSS will come online within the hour

Let me know if you need any further help.

Cheers,

Lee

Re: No signal from Sure Signal

Thanks for your reply.

I've tried rebooting my router and resetting my Sure Signal however I've still got the first light on and the second light flashing.

Re: No signal from Sure Signal

I've tried the rebooting and resetting procedure several times over the last week but have had no success. I'm still stuck with light one on and light two flashing.
