My sure signal 21224324067 is not connecting to my phone following a sim change. I have re-registered the SS successfully today but its still not working.
Can you check from your end and re-start it and update as needed? Thanks.

Thanks Ann. The sim was chaged a couple of days ago and its still not connecting. I have de-registered and re-registered the SS and re-set it and it may connect eventually but I'd like Vodafone to reset it from their end too to check its in order.

One if the Vodafone Tech Members has suggested to de register for 24 hours. Then re register and turn the phone off and on.
