hi, my old style sure signal started playing up and eventually stopped working around the 14/15 this month. after many many phone calls vodafone decided that i must need a new sure signal box. i collected a new one yesterday, so its been plugged in for the required 24 hours now, all i get is the constant power light except when the other 2 are flashing trying to connect. i should point out that the first one i had literally took months to sort out and get working, and nothing has changed with my internet or router since then.
its a linksys router model no-wag54gs version 1.1 sure signal is the new new type serial number40114296953. any help would be appreciated as my contract is up in 2 months and without the suresignal i have no signal at home anymore and really cant be without it. many thanks. shane

I have taken a look at the Sure Signal from our end and can see that a connection was made in the early hours of this morning, please can you confirm if you are still having issues with your Sure Signal?
If you are please can you try to do a reset on the Sure Signal and reboot the router and let me know how you get on.

Your Sure Signal connected to our server 2 days ago, please can you try again and if it fails to work please can you let me know your IP address so that we can check this IP range against the white list.
The reason for this is that is you are using a dynamic IP where it is changed by your ISP then the different IP ranges may be causing the issue.
