I have been using my sure signal box since august last year with no problems at all. I have myself and two others using it when at home. However an additional person in my house has now joined vodafone and I have added them to the box through my account.
When they are at home however they get no signal at all but if I remove them from the box listing she gets signal from the mast that's closest to us. (one or two bars)
I have tried the usual processes such as checking 3G is turned on, tried sim in a different phone but to no avail. I have spent all day yesterday trying to sort it, and spoke to someone on the phone, but again no luck.
My box number is 40112514100, and the number im trying to add ends in 440.
Please advise on what I can do, or if it can be sorted your end.

Many thanks for your post about adding that number to your VSS.
I can see the number is now on the access list. Tell me; has the user of that number received the confirmation text? Could you also confirm the make and model of the handset they are trying to use on the VSS?
