Online Dashboard missing

I have been trying to find the sure signal dashboard in the new look online account. I found a link via manage services - suresignal but when I go there all this tells me to do is register suresignal. I have a version 1 which has been registered for years. I need to check users as it now looks like some are connecting and working on the box but others are not. Even though they used to. I was on web chat last night which was of no use at all. I just ended up with a new username for online management after they 'refreshed' my online account. They then said I would need to re-register the suresignal. Not sure why but I tried and all I got ws an error saying there appears to be a problem. My sure signal serial number is 21196754697.

Please can you tell me how I get my dashboard back.

Go to the main homepage in 'My Account'

  • Select 'Manage' next to the main number that's registered.
  • Under Account Services select 'Manage services'
  • Select 'Sure Signal'
