It stopped working on Sunday. Called vodafone everyday until friday.on Monday they told me my problem was my ports. So called my isp to change them to the settings given to me over the phone. Bt charged me £30 to do this. Then daily calls to Yesterday Friday. Told to try it i in my family's house. Still didn't work. Vodafone answer sorry can't help you. You have to buy a new one at a cost of £100. He even tried to tell me over the phone that i hasn't paid £50 for my suresignal. That i got it for free.I can guarantee i bought it at vodafone's Bangor store in North Wales. But to say they can't even supply new parts and expect me to buy a new one isn't fair as without it where i live. My phone us useless. We have 7 contacts with Vodafone because if or suresignal. Which is nearly £300 a month

Same thing has happened to ours. Been on the phone everyday and after trying it at a different location with the same results i wad v told to bin it and buy a new one at £100. It seems to have happened to a few people over the weekend. Same exact problem. Something isn't right on they're end and trying v to get customers to buy new units

I even paid bt £30 to reset the port numbers. But nothing would. Like you all the lights do their thing then fails to connect
