Vodafone Sure Signal

This is the same problem as posted elsewhere - as owner, my mobile phone is connecting fine with the sure signal - no problem. However none of the other users are working. All the additional users are properly registered and have received their messages to say they can ow use my sure signal. There isn't a problem with the phones themselves as they connect fine to another sure signal elsewhere. My sure signal serial number is 40111331274 I have tried removing the numbers and then reregistering them as users. I've rebooted the suresignal and the wireless router but all that happens is that my phone goes live again but the others remain dead. Your response to a similar post on this was that some sort of restart was required at your end. If this is the case, could you please take a look per the serial number as above and advise what I need to do from my end. Many thanks David
