Phone Upgrade

Hi

Within the past few days I have upgraded my phone to an iphone 5s and since then I am unable to get a signal via the sure signal box, this still works fine on my other phone so I am presuming its because I have a new SIM card.

I have power reset the sure signal box but this still don't work with the iPhone 5s and the new SIM card.

Is it possible for someone to re sync my account ?

My sure signal serial number is 21222197895

I've re-synced your Sure Signal from our end, you'll need to do a re sync to complete the process :).

 

VSS Factory Reset

* Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
* The VSS should come online within the hour

I have followed the instructions provided but I am still not getting a signal via the Sure Signal box on my new phone / SIM card.

 

My second handset is still working fine though.

 

Any ideas ?

Hi Jay,

 

Thanks for the update. When you say you reset your Sure Signal in the original post, did you also de-activate it and then sign up again from fresh? It can sometimes take a few days for a new SIM to be picked up but unsubscribing and re-subscribing your unit will hurry it up. :Smiling:

No I only rebooted the device holding the reset factory reset button.

I will deactivate the sure signal box tonight and set it up again and fingers crossed that will work.

Woohooo all phones are now working on the Sure Signal box :Smiling:
