Problem started evening of 10th June when noticed I had no signal on my phone. I had used the phone about 18.30 with no problem. Since then I have reset the BT hub (v2) repeatedly, the Suresignal multiple times removed my battery and sim card and restarted phone multiple times tested sim in old phone - no signal but an odd message saying my sim wasnt usable on Vodafone..Spoken to live help 3 times and tech services they have done a re-sync on hub but still cannot connect.

My phone can see Vodafone when I do a search for networks but it is unable to connect to it. I have had my hub since 2010 and normally it works absolutely wonderfully. The 3 lights are on on the hub 1 2 and 4 and my phone is a Samsung S2

last chat session with Anna ended when she went to talk to tech help and didnt come back

Hi barafundle,

Can you let me know what lights are showing on your Sure Signal? Please also supply the Sure Signal serial number. :smileyhappy:

Thanks,

Kay

Like I said its just the usual lights 1, 2 and 4 all solid.

Hub s/n 21197043637

Hi barafundle,

Apologies, with you mentioning BT hub I thought you were referring to your router.

You've tried everything we would suggest in our troubleshooting thread so we need to rule out a fault with the Sure Signal itself.

Please try it at a different location (friend/family members) to see if it works. If it does work then it would point to an issue with your router/Internet connection. If it is a Sure Signal issue then unfortunately it would mean purchasing a new one as the one you have is now out of warranty.

Thanks,

Kay

It just started working again

Hi barafundle, that's great news :smileyhappy:

Keep an eye on it and if it starts playing up again let us know
