Phone not connecting to Sure Signal

I have a new handset and sim card that will not connect to my sure signal. My old sim and phone did and other vodafone handsets in my house still work. Can someone please advise?

Hi everyone,

 

@novodasignal As it's not switched off, please initiate a reset of the Sure Signal by following the steps below:

So that the resync completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-

 

  • Find the button on the base of the unit next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around one hour

Power light is on and steady, other two lights are flashing.

 

The whole situation with lack of signal and a suresignal that doesnt work is highly frustrating and I dont appear to be alone. We have two Vodafone contacts in our house and have been loyal Vodafone customers for many, many years. If this is not remiedied swiftly we will be moving from Vodafone and no we will not be paying any termination fee.

 

Vodafone's lack of interest in providing a service is outstanding, and as such I will not be couging up for our montly bills unitll this matter has been resolved. Why should I pay for a service I cant use?
