Phone not getting 3G signal from Sure Signal V3

Hi there,

My sure signal V3 is apparently working, but neither my phone nor my wife's picks up a 3G signal. The red power light is on and the next two lights are solid.

It has been working in the past, but then started to become intermittent and now has not worked at all for several weeks. I have tried numerous resets of the Sure Signal.

Please tell me what troubleshooting tips I should follow to track this down?

Nick

Hi @hcarver

You can get troubleshooting steps from the  Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread.

If you are still experiencing the issue having completed these steps, post the template with your answers here and the team can look into this further.

Thanks for the reply. I have already tried the steps in that thread. Can you point me at the template that you want me to fill out? Thanks...

Hello? I don't see the template you're referring to.

@hcarver

I 've had an update sent to your Sure Signal. Please don't unplug or reset it for 24 hours.

After 24 hours restart your phones when in range of the Sure Signal.

Thanks
