Phones not connecting to v1 Sure Signal anymore

I seem to have a problem with my v1 Sure Signal - a few days ago I have lost total connection with my Sure Signal which was working fine before and never had any connecting issues before. I have tried to do the reset about 4 times now that is stated on the troubleshooter but this doesn't seem to fix the issue, i've also tried re-registering it with no joy. I have absolutely no signal as I live in a terrible signal area and I really need to get this sorted. The green light sequence seems normal number 1, 2 & 4 are lit.

I wondered if you could help please.Maybe a firmware update? Here are the details that I've noticed most people are asked for:

I can see your Sure Signal has made contact with the network on 16 February at 08:12pm.

 

You’re also now on the latest firmware.

 

Please can you confirm if it’s back up and running?
