Please Help.......Red Light on but Internet Light keeps flashing???

Hi - please can you look at my serial number  40131568053 and see the above query?

 

Have gone through troubleshooting and still an issue.

Hi,

 

Please can you re-sync my unit - serial number 40131568053 - not connecting anthe internet light keeps flashing. Have turned off router and internet is working fine.

 

Last time a sync was done this made my unit work.

I've done a resync for you, please do a reset to complete the process;

 

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.

Can you give the traceroute another go for me?

 

Each step needs to come in at below 200ms, but that first one jumped from much too high to really low. It's possible that there's an issue linked to that which keeps causing any connection to drop.
