Re: Please add my new IP Address range to whitlist

Hi

Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

Thanks

Matt

Come on, you should know the VSS works on an ip geolocation scheme..

Voda only allow UK based IP addresses and those from the big providers like Sky, Virgin etc...

If you are a small provider you need to request your ip address range is manually whitelisted..

This is the THIRD time I have done this, and it works well .. except for ill informed remarks..

Please also see this thread where one of the Voda people dealt with my request for a previous whitelisting quickly...

Thank you..

Hi there billroth,

In all fairness to Matt, I advised him the IP range is already on the whitelist and that you need to check the troubleshooting.

Can I assume you've got a steady red power light?

Please post your query in this thread or post in the relevant troubleshooting if you've not got a steady power light.

Thanks,

Lee

Ok thanks, that was quick.. Apologies for 'snapping' but I obviously didn't know the ip address range was already in the white list. It might have been helpful to let me know.. Cheers.
