Hi

After only a day or two it seems I am back to square one with my vodaphone sure signal (See post below)

http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Please-can-someone-help-SureSignal-very-bad/td-p...

It did seem to improve for a few days, but its just the same as before again - you can hardly have a conversation the call quality is so poor!

Please please please can we get to the bottom of this urgently - should I turn off the suresignal completely until things are resolved?

Hi julianBW,

I checked your serial number and it was still showing that a location change had been detected.

I’ve updated the system to remove this message for you.

So that it’s as up to date as possible, I’ve resynced your Sure Signal.

So that the resync completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour

I’ve also edited your post on the thread you’ve linked to and removed your IP address.

Let me know how you go on.

Thanks,

Andrew
