My VFSS stopped working a couple of weeks ago now with NO changes to setup on my side and no other connectivity issues. I have been through the troubleshooting guide and posted my traceroute results and serial number. My post was grouped into some generic thread without a reply - please can you deal with it?
My VFSS serial number is 40112844465 and I can supply any of the other info on request.
This is seriously impacting my work.

Did the troubleshooting guide not point you towards a thread to post on? 99% or issues are covered by the troubleshooting guide.
If its something thats not covered can you post details about which SS your using, what lights are showing and the make and model of your router and your ISP?
