Please help with Sure Signal V3 and BT Infinity V3

Hi, I cannot get my new V3 SS box to connect to the internet via my BT Infinity V3 HH. Vodafone say its an ISP issue..BT want to send an engineer out & "may" charge £130 if it is not a BT issue...which of course it is not, as my internet is working just fine.. Any suggestions please? Thanks

There is an 'Issue Not Listed' option which guides you through how to run a TraceRoute to paste back in your thread for Vodafone Tech to look over.
