Please reset Sure Signal

Please can someone re-set my SS2, it just needs re-syncing. I ran through all the troubleshooting and still have no reception. Serial no is: 40122453587A.

I've re synced it :Smiling: Can you factory reset to complete the process?

 

VSS Factory Reset

* Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
* The VSS should come online within the hour

So, followed the instructions, still not working. Lost the will to live, now recovered it a bit. All that happened to stop it working originally was that I added another phone number. Please could you try re-syncing again?

Sure Signal still not working, only the power light shows. Have had no mobile signal at home for about 3 weeks now, so slowly losing the will to live. Internet is fine, router is fine, Sure Signal was fine until transferred to my account and I updated the phone numbers. We have run through all the troubleshooting tips on the site - any suggestions?
