Hi evanowen,

I’ve resynced this for you today. Please complete this by performing a factory reset as follows:

  1. Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  2. Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Once the lights come back on, release the button.

The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.

If you’re still having problems after doing this, please let us know exactly what’s happening and what light sequences you’re seeing.

Thanks,

Jenny
