VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Laura thank for the suggestions. Can you please resync my box first? This is my third Sure Signal and I know there is nothing wrong with my speed, system or internet connection but I have just changed phones and sims and I think a simple resync is all that is required. Many thanks.

I have done as you asked below. I have now been without a signal for two weeks with only a flashing power light and a solid amber light. I hope you have enough information to do the resync which is all I need.
