Plusnet? Is it possible that last week's change has been repeated? Steady Light 1 on V1

My SS V1 has steady Light 1 since late evening yesterday (Monday).

Same symptoms as last week, when it seems Plusnet made an overenthusiastic change to their network.

Is it possible we've had a recurrence?

If you have similar symptoms, please post here, noting your Internet supplier, so that we can identify this quickly.

Probably not!  I've isolated the problem to my end!

Hi, mind me asking what the issue was at your end?

Have much the same issue here today with Plusnet fibre and a v2 sure signal.

Thanks :Smiling:

Not aware of anything our end that would be causing problems this time round.

Thanks Bob - I'm inclined to call this a Vodafone issue at the moment given that having followed the various sets of setup/port fwd'ing / reset instructions exactly we still don't have a working box.

Vodafone - can someone please comment / respond on this thread >> http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/SureSignal-v2-unable-to-connect-only-power-light... ?
