Poor phone quality

Evening,

wondering if you can help. ive had VSS for a while now but in the kast few months people keep complaining that they cant hear me as the voice is braking it and sounds robot like. i always have full signal when this happens and also can hear them perfectly. i did phone vodafone before and they check i had setting on comp/wifi all correct, but still the problem persists.

i phoned the wife today while she was at home (also uses the VSS) and i heard how bad the line actually is for the first time, hence why im on here to try to sort.

im on virgin for my internet - ip 86.29.92.241

VSS serial number is 21225123989

i have an external harddrive fitted to router also but has always been fitted, even when the VSS was working.

just test on speedtest.net too and results were ping - 40ms, download - 22.82Mbps, upload - 2.92Mbps

ive attached a trace which i have seen has been requested on other threads so hope this helps.
