Ported number not allowed

Hi ,

I have just got a new contract and ported my old O2 number across,

Unfortunately it will not let me add this to sure signal as it does not appear to recognise it as a Voda number.

Please could you assist.

Many thanks

Re: Ported number not allowed

Hi JoeyDeaks and welcome to the eForum

I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. I understand how annoying this must be for you.

So that we know though, how long ago did the port take place? It can take up to 24hrs for all services to become active after a port.

I’ve sent you an email over to the email address that you have registered with so that we can take a look for you.

Thanks

Wayne

Re: Ported number not allowed

Hi james1010,

This issue can sometimes happen with ported numbers. The reason is that the necessary database which the Sure Signal checks again won't have been updated. Generally this will resolve itself, however if you are still experiencing the problem then we'll be able to fix it for you. If you reply to the email I've just sent you, then we'll be in touch as soon as we can.

Kind Regards,

George.
