Post Code Requests + Resync

Hi, I keep getting emails and texts asking me to confirm/update my Post Code. The text reads "Reminder: We still do not have any details of the new location of your Vodafone Sure Signal 40120211483. Please update its postcode as soon as possible" The Sure Signal location has never changed, neither has the postcode, how can I stop these messages. I did have the Sure Signal V2 disconnected for a few days, as I was trying to get a SS V3 working. As the V3 didn't work I have sending it back for a refund. Since then I have plugged the SS V2 back and all I now get is the Red light and 2 flashing white lights. Does this now require resyncing at your end. Many thanks

You need to log on to your online account and put in the Post Code again, even if it's the same one that was there before, that should stop the reminders.

 

So that it's up to date I've given it a re sync, can you factory reset to complete the process?

 

VSS Factory Reset

* Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
* The VSS should come online within the hour
