Please can you investigate why our Sure Signal (new 3 light version) is not working.
We have Power and System Lights ON but we are NOT picking up 3G signal on either handset.
Serial Number is 40111909152.
Your Contact Us form is not working either.
I have tried all your troubleshooting tips and not fixed the problem.

I can see that the Sure Signal last connected to our server yesterday at 20:18, can you confirm if you are still having issues today?
If you have a solid power light and system light but the phones won’t pick up signal on the phone then we may need to look at a SAC change.
So we can do this we will need your account details.

same problem here.
Power and System lights are on. Phone will not connect to the umts network via the SS tho.
Been to the troubleshooting thread.. :
Confirm that the handset you are trying to get a signal on is a 3G device.: it is.. iPhone4s
Confirm that the number you are using has been added to your Sure Signal: It doesnt list my own number (the one on my account) but when i try to add it, im told that its already added to the gateway.
Has Your SIM recently been replaced? No
Web support have my account details from many other contacts with the good folks there... look forward to a resolution.

I can see that you have deregistered and re-registered the Sure Signal yesterday and it connected to our server this morning, please can you confirm if this is now up and running for you?

Home now and no, its still not working..... I have one day left before 7 days are up from the day i purchased, please confirm that if we cant get this fixed i can still return the product to the shop past the 7 days return period ....

Despite having to go through a convoluted process each time, to connect to the Suresignal (as described in my post on page 7 of the iPhone 4S not connecting to ss thread) i can now get a signal.. Not quite as transparent as I'd liked, but it works.... Cant blame VF for an Apple software "feature" i guess.....
