Power light steady, internet light steady, no other lights on ssv1

Hi, recently registered a ssv1 and tried to configure it. The first two lights are steady green but the remaining two lights are not illuminated or flashing.

On power up the device appears to attempt correct sequence but fourth light flashes slowly for ~30 seconds and then does nothing afterwards.

Have checked my broadband speed and am getting almost 8M. Have checked my router and it recognizes the device as being a wired connection.

Can you suggest where the problem lies?

Thanks for your reply. I had tried most of the suggestions when I posted but to no avail. 

 

Checked the ss this morning and it is now fully operational! Not sure if it needed more time to configure itself but all is well atm.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
