Problem wih incoming calls

I currently have a problem with my Sure Signal. Outgoing calls are working fine. Incoming go straight to voicemail (or on other handset jsut get the message "this persons phone is not available) I have tried resetting the unit which has not cured the problem. Have resorted to locking my main handset to 2g only where there is adequate signal in the house. Please help!

Hi paulglenton,

To assist the team when they respond to your query, can you post your Sure Signal serial number please?

Thanks

Andy

Re: Problem wih incoming calls

I also have the same problem:

Serial number: 41113732618.

Outgoing calls work fine, but I cannot receive any incoming calls nor messages.

Similar problem myself tonight - but couldn't do voice or text in either direction ... power failed the box twice and on the second attempt everything started working again.

Re: Problem wih incoming calls

[ Edited ]

Problem still goes on today. There are several threads now complaining of the sam problem. Can we have some feedback from Vodafone on this please? My serial number is 40114656800 A call on my main number ending in 663 would be appreciated. I assume you can see what numbers are registered to the unit? I will be out of the flat today so will be able to receive incoming calls.....

Re: Problem wih incoming calls

I too have the same problem, have reported it under another forum. My serial no is 40110721277. Please email updates to my registered yahoo email. my sure signal is turned off as it renders my mobile unusable. there service in my house is so bad that I get no service in no places, but it is infinitely better than no service at all. It is a very unacceptable situation ot be in. I would have expected Vodafone to at least inform customers of this issue.

Re: Problem wih incoming calls

I've had the same problem since Tuesday with calls going straight to HulloMail. I phoned 191 late this afternoon and it is now fixed. Thay were aware of a problem at their end, CS rep had no personality though and despite, having had SureSignal fail 3 times in 2 weeks no compensation available. It now appears to be fixed.

Re: Problem wih incoming calls

Hi Paul71,

I can see that your Sure Signal has now reconnected to the server after you have updated the postcode location, please can you confirm if you are still experiencing any issues?

@ auds, I can see that your Sure signal has now also updated after the location change and I have also re-synced the unit for you, please can you confirm if you are still experiencing this issue?

James
